Been lowering the water on these pots to sprig with plants yesterday and today. Trapped polliwogs from yesterday can't take the hot water and died. However, the snails are making out just fine. lymnaea species ?

My understanding was that snails were hermaphrodites. Yes Mark, some snails are hermaphroditic, but even within them there are those that can reproduce asexually and those that must have "normal" sexual reproduction. I think earthworms are similar. I am not being judgmental about either, LOL

My understanding was that snails were hermaphrodites. That answered some questions. Was trying to figure out who was who.
