Howdy folks, Found time to sort out a couple of more boxes to sell for the kids. Just drop me a PM if interested. Found it's easier to sort wet, so these are photographed that way. Both boxes are over 20#..Mel Tumble stuff: Another colorful selection of mostly mosses etc. Part is ready to go right into the tumbler but most will have to be broken up further or sliced up on a trim saw. $45 delivered in US. Slab material for ten inch saw. Again multi colors, mostly mosses but a couple orby ones too. $65 delivered in US.

OK, Box #2 is gone. Thanks....Mel
Scott, I've had a very few green Rios. The agate ones are rare as hen's teeth. Most the ones with green exteriors are green with red or yellow and are bloodstone like jasper. Doubt I'll ever get enough green agates for a box. I've cut a very few myself and a lot of them are grainy or porous duds. I've only cut a few good ones.

broseph, Most Rios are some variation of bright yellow to yellow brown or yellow green moss. Oranges and reds are next most common followed by purple against a blue or white agate. Multi colored reds with yellows, purples and rarely green are next. Anything that is agate with solid not pitted green is rare. Get a few good flower garden, orbs or plume from every pile as well as a little palm. Woodward type plume is rare,as is black Marfa type plume. ( I think the plume is really more common but the kiddoes just don't spot it due to rough exteriors and lack of a practiced eye.) The sagenite from there is really nice but scarce and peanut agate is spectacular but super rare ( my personal favorite) Some really interesting fortification and tube types show up too but are rare. This being said, one just never knows what will show up in those gravels. Area is really remarkable....Mel

My box arrived today. Great looking rocks in this box. @shotgunner there are two green ones with your name on them. I had some green "jasper types" laying around so I packed up a SFR box and will mail tomorrow. Thanks Sabre52 Jeff A
