$2.75/# including postage for tumbles is good.
I object to his characterization of 'rare'; first of all he obviously has a couple tons, and random unnamed varieties of these stone species are certainly NOT rare.
That said, price is fair and customer satisfaction high. Good buy.

He's the seller that I bought four 55 lb boxes of snake skin agates from. Nice rocks and never a problem. Sounds like you are pleased and that's the important thing!
That aside, if a seller had the Make Offer option in their listing, that usually means that they are somewhat flexible on the price. My snake skin boxes were priced at $150 back then and I always offered $135 - which he always accepted. Maybe not worth haggling on a $17 listing price, but you may want to keep in mind that "Make Offer" means: I will take less than asking price - on future eBay purchases.

For reasonable rough, tumbler stuff or slabs on ebay check shermlock. His name is Scott n he used to b on here. Or check Tony/catmandew. He has all the above and will pick out what u want.
