State and Federal are getting to big for their pants!!! When I hound BLM and other state lands,I do my homework,that way when I get hassled (and I do),I let them know,that I know the laws!
Pretty soon they just leave, steaming a bit,but oh well!!!

I have taken the stance that, if I refuse to engage, and ignore them, they go away.

I was once told I couldn't nap on the side of the road. That the simple act of parking there was 'threatening' to those around..... Um...., nobody? Really?

I replied "oh", laid my head back, closed my eyes and continued my nap. He stood there for close to 5 minutes trying to decide what to do next. Finally, I heard him go to his car. I peeked, he watched me for some time before driving away. No clue how long. I was asleep!
