Had about 20 jars canned,only a few left..LOL The rest will be headed to North Dakota to my sons house.... Just finished a batch of "Firehouse" mustard and its about gone already too! It will curl even the hot tasters toes! LMAO.. Great flavor though,they just keep eating it....LOL

yea, condiments are where it's at in fine eating. Freshly made or pickled home made as good as it gets.

Wife is making Habanero Jelly this weekend.....Making it with Blackberries this time-last batch was with Cherries...... All is good,as long as I have some for myself..LOL James,keep your eyes peeled to the northwest,you just never know!!! LOL Thumbs up

My sister lives close enough, Eugene. Her berry crop blows my mind. You guys have fine crops and soil. Good place for you chefs to live.
