WOW WOW WOW You really brought that stone to life Kurt. I see what you mean with the snout but I did not see it until I read your opinion. The overall is so powerful that the snout is minor. Great job with a great stone. Jim

Thank you. Already asking the supplier to be on the lookout for material as such. There are lots of shapes that would fit colour and polyps.

Loving the snow leopard - even more for the two-tone with the rock ledge. Nothing wrong with the snake either. Excellent work!

Next week I'm going to the markets in China, and hope to get a stone that is black on the outside for about 2mm (12th of an inch) and pure white inside. or yellow white As long as there is a huge contrast. If I got enough money, I also want some of this yellow jade rough

Superb creations, both of them. The leopard is my favorite.

If we are not self-critical, improvements are not going to come......... I'm looking forward to spend the day after tomorrow at Hualin. That's the second biggest jade-market here in China. Trip report will have to wait till next weeks return to Hong Kong, as this year, internet here is horrible, and controls over website is the strongest yet, as far as I have ever seen. Its hard even to get through to RTH this time. VPN has pretty much become useless too.
