Every summer I supply a gift shop with some pudding stone items. The first order in the spring this year they took 24 wire wrapped pendants and last week I delivered this stuff. The gift shop is on Drummond Island so its good to have the stones go back where they were found. Thanks for looking Chuck

That's a nice selection of pudding stone goodness. I'm surprised that they sell letter openers. I've been opening my mail with my fingers like an animal.

Out of all the crazy stuff I make my wife likes her pudding stone letter open best by far. I make 10 wine stoppers for every letter opener but the gift shop just likes to have variety and the openers must sell because they were out of them. My next order for them is a full set of pudding stone door/drawer pulls for someones cabin up there. Of course my wife gets to choose the best of bunch Chuck

Drawer pulls, hadn't thought of that. I like the wine stoppers. Need to find some of those blanks.

It's nice to know she's not gnawing her letters open with her teeth. Even though I don't wear jewelry myself, I prefer your pendants.
I made drawer pulls for my niece's house. She lives in North Carolina, but is from Marquette. She decorated her bathroom in a Lake Superior theme. My drawer pulls were just tumbled stones with a bolt epoxied into the back. I think you make the more refined knobs with a round cab set in a premade metal drawer pull.

The order was for the round style. I have not gotten a total count yet but I think around 18. These were the ones I made for my aunt's house awhile ago Chuck

I like those. Mine were more rustic.

Yes, the wine stoppers are very cool. That would be my first purchase.

I like those. Mine were more rustic. Rustic beach stone handles sell very well on etsy and in shops. I do not do them because I would want to drill them and epoxy the threaded stud into them and I hate drilling rocks. Chuck

The problem is that you end up with a nut inside the drawer which isn't quite as neat as having the head of the bolt inside the drawer. It's more complicated to put the nut on the rock though.
