I've recently traded some of my pendants for a young ladies parents rock collection. she did not have an interest in the collection. i'm keeping the slabs, rough and nice lighted display case, but have no interest in the specimens. there are just over 90 pcs. most all are labeled, and some according to her have the chemical make up written on the side of the box containing the specimen. probably all will fit in mfr or lfrbox, i'd like some new or refurbished 6" diamond wheels for my unfinished super cabber. I have no wheels for it yet and was thinking about getting refurbished from Johnson brothers.
it all fit in a mfrbox, all taped up and ready to go, how about180 shipped? that's just under 2 bucks each shipped. paypal only, and every so often I will drop the price in 10 dollar increments until it sells, as specimens aren't my thing.
150.00 shipped now

It would be hard to put a value on the entire collection without knowing how common or rare the various minerals are.
Generally speaking, thumbnail minerals sold at a rock shop start at about $5.00 and go up depending on rarity, how clean and crisp crystals are, color saturation in the more colorful minerals and a who;e host of other variables. Of course rock shops pay nowhere near what they sell for.
Even with my optivisors on I can't read many of the mineral labels, but the ones I can read are the more common minerals. There may be some rare ones mixed in, but I can't say for sure.
I'd guess that you could safely put a price of between $200.00 and $300.00 on the whole bunch and get a fairly quick sale on ebay. If you try to get more, potential buyers are going to want a list of names and detailed pics of every mineral.
That being said, when I bid on minerals, For the more common ones I never go over $5.00. Difficult to find minerals I'll go to $9.00. And the really rare ones I put a cap of $13.00 on.
Hope that helps you.
