What's on your Ipod equivalent thingy?
I've been listening to a lot of the recent dead: Bowie, Prince, Merle Haggard, Bernie Worrel, George Martin, aND Lemmie ( sorry Glen Fry).
Newerish stuff: Alabama Shakes is on the top of the list. I have Pimp a Butterfly, but I'm not there...yet.
What a deathly year.
Rock and Roll on.
Out, out brief candle...

Is this like the music thread but without videos?

"What'ya listen to right now?" The voices in my head. I try to ignore them. They tell me bad things.

I get it. Most of my friends are music snobs. I still geek-out and buy cds and vinyl. I buy as much new stuff as I like along with reissues and stuch. Just bought the John Coltrane reissue in mono: Inflippencredible. My favorite Zeppelin album is Physical Graffiti. Sorry if this seems like a repeated thread. I was interested in what rock heads were listening to now. Colin

"What'ya listen to right now?" The voices in my head. I've got those, too. Helplessly try to ignore them. They slip in when I'm calm and make me uncalm. Beer helps a little. Colin

Colin The sound is old school 70-80's rock. Zep, Deep Purple.... newer stuff Van Halen, Hagar, Boston.... My recent fave is Kidd Rock "All Summer Long". I had a summer like that. Makes me weep...
