Just bought a new rock saw from JSGEMS. He was just a tad bit more expensive than the cheapest that I could find, but still less expensive than most vendors. However I knew from this forum that he would provide support if needed. That has certainly been the case. He gave advice on setting up the machine and quickly answered all my questions. The few extra dollars were well spent and he earned them with his time and expertise.

John has both empathy and understanding of a difficult lapidary problem and will help you even if it's not his equipment!
