Found 3 arrowheads yesterday. Heading down to the old post office/bar where mail was delivered 300 yards out in the lake many years ago to probe sand for old bottles. Old dock pilings mark probing area. Lake blown low by strong south wind pushing lake out St John's River channel. Having fun. Miss you guys.
Woke up 2 nights ago with hundreds of ants all over me. Pesky little stinging type.Benadryl close by. Never know when they will take an interest in you. I had 5 guys stay with me and they did not heed my warnings about dropping crums. Happens every time guests come. Got 2 sleeping rooms for such situations. Mainly because of ant attacks.
Have had violent afternoon storms every single day. A rainbow ended about 5 miles out in the lake. Or looked that way. Trees 6 miles away on other shore were behind it dilineating it's termination. The other shore is 6 to 14 miles away allowing distance judgements of rain and wind storms. Radar on smart phone allows measurements of distance accurately. Never had such info. Love the smart phone. Just can not host photos, tried but failed.
