More work in replicating than finding real agate perhaps. A meth head that does a $1000 worth of labor for $200 worth of copper and $3000 worth of damage comes to mind.

The agate was fine until you cut it. Maybe you should cut your fingernails instead. Wrong side of the bed today? Pretty uncalled for.

Wrong side of the bed today? Pretty uncalled for. Wrong side of the Universe. Sorry Happens to us all.

The agate was fine until you cut it. Often times the colors in an agate are only skin deep. Some rocks are better left unsaid. Beauty is only skin deep. Ugly goes clear to the bone!

We all live and learn, monna0000 , don't get discouraged. That's one of the fun parts of this hobby, seeing what works and what doesn't. Just keep at it, soak up information like a sponge. It's like, "A stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked."
Wrong side of the Universe. Sorry Happens to us all.
Yeah, I've been there, too. More times than I would like to admit. Chin up, amygdule .

Keep on trucking. If you're not satisfied buying from certain parts of the world then just avoid making purchases from unreputable sellers, especially half the globe away.
