Kingsley North if you buy in fifty or one hundred pound increments. There might be something cheaper, but this is the best I've found. I just received fifty pounds the other day. I think they automatically ship in a large flat rate box if you choose USPS priority mail, but I always include a note to be sure. Their website calculates a much higher shipping cost than what you actually pay. 46/70 grit was $88 for fifty pounds plus the price of a large flat rate box plus tax since I live in Michigan and Kingsley North is in Michigan.

I can't tell where you are and your buying volume.
If you buy in 55# increments and have a "safety kleen" nearby, it's under $1#

No clue. They have semi loads in inventory. I walk in and go home with a bag. They are a supplier for grit for industry. Media blasters, polishers, water jet cutters.... Prolly don't sell online. Do you have a local branch? I take it back. I paid $80 for 55# sales tax included. captbob
