I came into possession of a chunk of the metal infused compressed turquoise from Colbaugh and I need to cut it. I think it's too much to cut with water on my 7" Rigid tile saw so is it OK to cut this with mineral oil or will the oil seep in, stain, or otherwise ruin the material?

Oil is risky. I would slab it with JSGEMS Smokey EZ cut. If unavailable use my witches brew of pink RV antifreeze with borax added. That stuff is expensive so I would get a thin Chinese blade to slab with. Next back it with Devcon. Polish with sapphire powder followed by Zam.
