There used to be a way to stop following a thread, ie. stop it showing up in the participated box. Anyone know what happened to the choice? Thanks

Couldn't you just unbookmark it?
Or in Navigation, unclick the Participated option?

In the little box on the top right corner that sais new if something gets updated. go in that, click on the checkbox that you want to stop using, if it doesn't have a few symbol next to it you will have to mark it as new, then check it and click mark as read and set to forever

i have kicked this issue upstairs to Mark, i can't seem to do anything about it. I have a suspicion that it is internal to Proboards, but will see what Mark says.
Hang in there guys,
KD
