OK folks. Time is now for a new concept in the Tumbleoff. The year is coming to a close and folks will be busy with family and such. I thought I would mix it up a little bit.
Entries for the October contest may be any rock or rocks that you have ever tumbled. The ONLY qualification is you must have been the operator that did the work. At anytime in your tumbling hobby.
The theme is Halloween. Anything that invokes a thought of Halloween qualifies. Colors, images, shapes....
Entrants should supply up to three imagesand up to 100 words as to why this entry meets the theme. Each entry may have as little as one or as many as 5 stones. Judges will take into account the tumbling AND the written portion of the entry.
Entries may begin NOW by PM. You must put "October tumbleoff" in the subject line. Entries end October 10. Voting will begin soon after. And the winner will be revealed on Halloween!
I expect with such an open timeline for when the stone was finished we will have a large number of entrants. Please prove me right!
