after a bunch of emails and a nasty feed back he got back to me about two weeks later and said you allready left bad feed back sorry cant help ya so i went to paypal
and after another two weeks i got my money back in full i was lucky the shipper put acouple holes in the box and some nuts and bolts where missing so they shiped it back for free or i woulda had to pay return shipping which was more then i paid for the so called new grinder hahaha he also calls himself ( toysryours)
