Well, as most of you probably know by now, I recentely ordered 5 lbs of SISA pre-polish and 1 lb Cerium Oxide polish from www.minersmall.com/shop01.html
...it got here 5 minutes ago and quess what was in the box? 5 lbs of aluminum Oxide polish.
Where's the 1 lb Cerium? Why did I get Aluminum Oxide? 
I quess the real question is, WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING? According the the lady I talked to, "since Lortone no longer carries SISA" they took it upon themselves to send me Aluminum oxide. If I wanted Alumina, I would have asked! Plue they forgot the other half of my order altogether. 
Anyway, the said they would refund my money and send me a letter of apology... Well, that's nice and all but I still have to pay for shipping because of their error. In addition, I called them NUMEROUS times to follow up on my order in light of Lortone switching pre-polishes. All I got was," yeah, your orders on the way. OK bye..." Bad comunication, bad customer service.
Buy at you own risk... I quess this one falls into the "Ugly" catagory...
