Wonderful. Everything I have loaded there for the past 4 years has only filled 18% of my free account.
Ugh, but now it takes me 15 minutes to log in, another 15-30 minutes to get through all the adds to start a load - and IF I try to get the image location when it first says image loaded, I have to start all over again.
My own fault. I'm too cheep to pay to have the adds removed.

I agree, the ads really pi$$ me off too. Normally I deal with the updates, as I don't use it much anymore. I just muddle through and get it to work. But recently I've noticed everytime I go to load a pic it keeps making me log in. Cleared my history and tried again and get the same nonsense - keeps asking for log in. I decided to walk away from it for now as it's not worth getting all PO'd about. Pick your battles & all that. (This is on mobile devices, haven't tried on the PC)
BTW I've been on there for 10 yrs or more and last I saw was maybe a touch over 25% of my limit. You'd think being a long time user would mean something...

Just took me a minute and 15 seconds to go from opening another window for photobucket, logging in, going to an existing album, uploading a picture from a folder on my desktop and back here to post the picture. Took me longer to type the above sentence than it took to do all that stuff. With only one ad at the opening of photobucket which just took a click to close. No other ads popped up.

Nice Super Grinder! So you paid?
It brings up my account right off, but like NDK said, when I try to upload it goes into a series of searches, then asks me to log in, another series of searches, gets back to me, another series of searches, asks me to select an album, more adds, finally I can select an album. More adds. I select an album, select image on my computer. It then proclaims upload complete - But it is NOT! I have to wait another minute or more until the image finally shoes up. Only then can I capture it's location and paste it any where.

Not my super grinder. Just a picture I had saved for ideas for a future build.
Not a paid account on photobucket. I don't pay for anything I don't have to! Don't understand why it's so easy for me to do when you and others are having to jump through hoops and it takes longer.

Me too! Closer to the source? have a secret buried cable? Assistance from a best friend? You run a bunch of hired assassins?

PB's a nightmare for me with IE but sweet and easy using Firefox with its adblock enabled.

Duh - I never even considered the Browser could be the problem.

I have FF with adblock, too and never experience a problem that isn't related to the site.

Don't dump photos! Can't you just open a different account using a different email address?
Never had to try that, but unless they (photobucket) tracks you using your IP address, it seems like that would work.

I have a problem with Flicker. Perhaps it is just not being signed up.
With PB I just copy the image location.
Flicker doesn't seem to allow that. So I print screen to my photo editing, save to a folder, THEN load it to PB and share it.
