My vote would be: "quartz pebble extraformational conglomerate". Thanks for the lead greig I really appreciate it. I have to disagree though it's not a conglomerate. The quartz pocket was bout the size of a basketball n the entire stone was The size of a beach ball here's a conglomerate and another example stone of the same kinda formation but smaller quartz crystals s345.photobucket.com/user/ryyan10/library/mysterious?sort=3&page=1

The image quality is quite poor.
Cannot tell if those are conglomerate or crystals in matrix (what is the difference anyways?)
Probably calcite as well.
Try a drop of pool acid or a simple scratch test with a knife.
