yeh, i know, but these guys had a REAL nice looking selection of rock. Rockshed is a bit limited, at least what they show on line. i want to get hold of some Mexican Lace Agate and some Leopardskin rough. and since seeing all the great stuff in here, i WANT a bigger/multiple tumbler(s)......
i got it bad.

tick the bad box for website. tick the bad box for phone assist. tick the trying box for at least attempting customer service.

Hey KD,
Here is one of contacts in Denver, Colorado. His place is John Thompson Marketing Company and the phone number is 303-296-8268. He is one of Denver's largest rough rock dealers and he has a huge assortment of rough. He has over two hundred and fifty different kinds of rough and some of it is ... oh so nice! He does a lot of business with International cutters as well.
Just tell him that John Schmitt from Ulysses, Kansas refered you to him, he should remember me ... I have bought enough rough from him!!!
He sells rough to one individual that turns around and sells it on eBay, at a fair markup! Eliminate the middleman.
I don't believe that he was a web page ... at least not that I am aware of.
The last material that I purchased was at 5.00 per pound ... but the quality was astonishing and every piece was a quality piece ... no flaws, no fractures ... just excellent material!
Have a great evening,
John

thanks again, KD

I have to add that www.mamasminerals.com is also a great site to get grit, I was very pleased with the promptness of their delivery as well as responses to e-mails. Tami
