i have to agree, creative, mamasminerals have been very easy to deal with, very prompt as i have experienced also. a bit limited with the rough rock selection, but a good source of grit'n'things.

i've also had a good experience with www.rockpeddler.com

but i think that is cuz they are on the east coast too, they are in MA and shipping to NY is like grease..

i want to give kudos too, to the rockshed.com for superb service and response......just ordered two 3 pound Lortone tumblers from them.....i got it bad, so bad. (are there here yet?)
