Saw something similar to this, but modified it for my purposes, including stabilizing the glass. Not recommended for ppl with arthritis, but a nice look I think.

Very cool. I like seeing all the different styles of weave type wraps. I'll never attempt one - Way too much work for me. My hands hurt just looking at it.

Thanks guys. It's not hard, just tedious and yes, hard on older hands. The reason I used the glass instead of a stone is that 2 x 16ga wires had to go through the hole and I don't have any stones with holes nearly that large.

Or, is that what you had? I have to agree with others, that weaving kills my hands. I'm getting ready to start a viking knit necklace for a Christmas present and I am dreading it. I have to take a break every ten minutes or so.
