UPS was the culprit in my missing delivery, got to hand to Brian at Cyberrockhound, nice web site, good prices on drill bits and he made it up to me by shipping the returned (to his shop) stuff overnight to me. the live chat they offer on the website saved me the long distance phone call, nice feature. unlike totaltrolley.com, this chat really connected you to someone that could help. i hope you will take the time to browse this site: www.cyberrockhound.comnow, if i can just get my order from Brysons Rock Shop, i'll let you know how that all turned out....seems like a nice guy, just not ready for life on the web yet. now, HOW do you get bulk rock from South Africa? KD, Besides the rocks listed on the website, Gerdus also sends out a monthly list of items not listed on the website.
I posted the link on an earlier post. If you can't find it, send me a message and I will send to you. I would do it now, but I am at work and the link is on my pc at home.

Ps. Cookie is right about the unlimited charge card, not to mention a lot of patience.

i wanted to try a dif blade in my slab saw so i asked brian at cyberrockhound.com if the blade i picked out on his site was the best for the money he told me about another blade he sells thats alittle cheaper and just as good as the one i picked out--well that tells me he would rather have a repeat customer then gouge a customer once never to return -----im becoming more impressed with every purchase
