This is my first attempt of tumbling rocks. All rocks was hounded be by me (in Sweden) and they were tumbled on homemade equipment. Please excuse the photo quality. They photos were taken with an iPhone6. Home made equipment-photos ? I have been to Almhult. Beautiful country. To visit TEXO Weaving Looms company. Giant 28 meter TEXO weaving looms. 5 kilogram shuttle fired out of a hydraulic-to-pneumatic canon at 200 KPH. Fun machine.

Well, although I'm sure that Älmhult is beautiful (birthplace of IKEA) I hope you got to see something else too. There are more to Sweden than huge looms :-)

known for their huge loomsUhm...no? The Swedish Airline SAS follow rules set by the union and therefore they must hire by experience first. That's why SAS have the oldest stewardesses I've ever seen on any airline. We do have a lot of blonde 6' women though :-)

Nice batch of rocks. And if this is granite, even better. I seem to get a bunch of undercutting when doing granite. And my quartz always seems to be a bit "pitted". I would say good job on having the patience to wait for these to be nicely rounded. And, please, post some pictures of your tumbling equipment.

Another vote for pictures of the homemade tumbler. The rocks look good. Bonus point for self collecting and making your tumbler.

By the way, I also made an attempt at wire wrapping "Attempt," my foot! Looks like a very fine finished pendent! How long have you been doing wrapping? Your rocks are nice too! You got some very nice results from what looks like it could have been difficult material.

Thanks guys! But I have to work on my photoskills. It's really hard to take a good photo of a rock! And about the wrapped pendant, to be honest I almost lost my mind on that one. I don't know if I'll wrap any more rocks. It was just too frustrating.

Nice looking rocks and excellent looking wrap.
I have never wire wrapped and always wanted to give it a shot. To be honest though, i am not very creative and assume I would become very frustrated and flip out. So I can understand your frustration level...lol
