Hey, folks, Trying to help my parents clear out their house and came across this Highland Park A50 Cabbing Machine. I am not sure if any parts are missing but my mom acquired it from a local guy a few years ago and thought she was going to use it to polish stones for jewelry making (that never happened, unfortunately). It appears to be in pretty good shape, but there may be some parts missing. I'm hoping someone can come by and take it away for a fair price (and if the price isn't fair, please let me know). We're in Hartwell, GA (northern Georgia, not far from Anderson, SC). Here are some pics: Any interest? Thanks! -Chris

I have the same unit, looks like all the pieces are there, even some that are frequently missing.
Nice high quality unit. Bet you could get a couple hundred more for it if you put it on eBay.

Yes definitely a couple hundred more, but try Craigslist 1st, it's totally free, and I've had very good luck selling lap machines and tumblers on it. I live 20 miles off the interstate, so in my ad, I offer to meet them @ a freeway exit if they are from out-of-town. Good photos (like yours) are critical to success IMHO. Cash sales only stated in ad. It could take a few months, but you can always come down from a higher price, Anyways it works for me.

At that price I'd buy it in a heartbeat, if it wouldn't cost a fortune to ship it to S.D.

Hello #mrboylan I'm sure it's in great shape but just in case it needs any tweaking I bought a similar vintage HPE20 about a year ago an have totally revamped it. Info on them are a little scarce so if anyone needs any info in the future send them my way.

It's tricky because my parents are in GA and I'm in NY (except during the holidays). But I'm sure we can figure it out. Not sure how my pics got deleted (sorry about that).

Hello sir, I am interested in your HP Hi, Actually I posted the HP H50 up on Craig's List earlier this week and already have a prospective buyer who has left a deposit via PayPal. If this falls through, I will let you know. Here's the post (price adjusted to $450 based on helpful forum members). greenville.craigslist.org/tls/5944211015.htmlRegards, -Chris
