worked on a new cabb believe it is old stock rostertail agate? a piece of the slab and the cabb I cut ,This material had tiny druzy pockets you can see in the photo, sorry for the crummy photo's working on getting a camera? some preforms the three on left are rose agate or rose jasper with dark agate roses , I think this stuff is becoming pretty rare especially in this quality, top roght is some oyhee jasper an bottom right is rostertail agate ? this material is nice to work with, still need to work on that shine, tried getting these a little shiner by hand ,good enough for me right now, need to recover the polishing wheels for my machine plus awhole lot more,

They all look great! Love the shapes, too. I am crazy about that dendritic--- great contrast. You're off to a fabulous start!!!

Great first effort! You have good layout and design sense. The good polish will come with experience. Your photos aren't bad. Does your current camera have a white balance selection feature? The problem with your posted images is they were shot in incandescent light with the wrong setting. Incandescent is heavy in red wavelengths so the images come out with strong red/yellowish overtones. If you have the option you should select the incandescent light feature on your camera which should automatically adjust for that problem. I took the liberty of copying an image and making that adjustment as an example.

You obviously have some natural talent for cabbing 'cause those are really nice!

Another very nice batch. If you're not completely satisfied w/ the polish (who is?) try spending some extra time at 600 before moving up.
Peace,
Rich
