That sucker needs to be sawn across the tubes. Guessing rugose coral. Very cool find Mike.
Looks like the tubes absorbed salts and made black eyes around each tube.

Fossils in quartzite ?!#@ ? Only in Tennessee. I said to self, "that looks like quartzite". But I thought self was lying to me. You may want to target more river worn quartzite with those trails. May get some cool polka dotted color mixes, quartzite absorbs ground salts well and makes fine color. Mike's TN Polka Dotted quartzite. You could saw the bullseyes out of those thick slabs and tumble them. Silicified animal borings of some sort being dissolved out of limestone by tannic rich black water:

I have trace fossil prints of plants,I'm not really into the plants (tree leaves),hopefully will find a good home for them..
