Another set done. I hope you enjoy. Australian Opalite Butterfly Wing Jasper Graveyard Point Plume I was chasing a pit, so it's very thin, as you can see, the pit won Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper Two Pink Opals Thanks for looking, Peace, Rich

The Graveyard Plume is lovely; not sure I can see the pit though. Great work

I love the dendritic opalite! Can't get enough of that stuff. I don't see a problem with the GYP, either. Thin agate cabs are fine because they are so durable. They often look better thin, too.

The pit is there, right in the center, but it was a good exercise in getting a good dome on a thin preform.

I agree with Susan. Love that stuff. I'm especially partial to the green varieties, but the gold is killer too.

Good group. It's nice to see you working with a wider variety of materials. Chasing pits can make you old and weary but your results are great. I'm a fan of the opal and Morgan Hill as well.
