Wix has now teamed with Etsy to allow purchasers to purchase through Etsy's e-commerce set up seamlessly on a Wix website. An e-commerce function on your website can be costly and a bit complicated. It appears you have to list your products on Etsy. Many here already do. Create a Wix website and it will easily be an e-commerce web site. My Wix website is currently being modified to do such. If some one clicks the 'buy now' on you web site it transfers to Etsy's listing or Etsy's purchase page. I was saving an e-commerce option on my web site last. Not now. This is a big help. support.wix.com/en/article/adding-and-setting-up-the-etsy-shop-app

Good idea. I'll check my WP set up to see if they also have an app. I've always had my shop shown on the sidebar and link to it from there. Integration would be nicer though.

I like that idea. Etsy alone is not bringing me any sales for the last 5 weeks. I am a little worried about fees stacking up though.
etsy listing fee and relisting fee every few months .20 cents each time etsy selling fee when the item does sell (3% of the selling price) paypal fee for handling the money (3% of selling price plus .30 cents per transaction) wix website e-commerce fee ($17 per month) domain name fee (free with wix e-commerce ?)
Am I missing anything

Am I missing anything Chuck I've been looking at website options too. My current website is on weebly, and while they offer an import feature for etsy listings (that only kind-of works) they also want $300/year for a functional store, plus transaction fees. Right now, I'm looking at a wordpress site hosted on my own webhost for $100/year with the woocommerce plugin and the etsy importer plugin ($30 one time purchase) to automatically bring in all of my etsy listings. This brings the cost down and quite a bit for ongoing maintenance. It does require a bit more manual know-how though, and then of course figuring out how to drive traffic to the site and translate into sales... still, I don't like having all of my eggs in one etsy basket.
