Widget Supply

Just want to say what a great experience I have had buying from widgetsupply.com. I am jewlery designer, and use them for pliers, vises, hammers, bench blocks, burrs, etc. My first order with them, they sent me the wrong vise, and when I let them know, they shipped me out another one that day, free of charge, and didn't not ask for the other one to be returned. It was only a couple of dollars, but I have had vendors ask for me to pay the postage to return their mistakes to them on small items.

I just contacted them yesterday about several out of stock items, and not only did they let me know when the new ones will be in (and will email me when they actually arrive), but offered to hold one for me that they had on the shelf but no inventoried online and it will be several months before they get more. They have been extremely helpful and give excellent service!

I do all of my shopping for supplies and tools online, since I can't handle stores with my disabilities, and have dealt with a lot of companies offering poor customer service. I generally prefer to deal with small companies and help other small business people, especially since I usually get better service. I definitely recommend Widget Supply! I also like the ArtistrywithBeads store on eBay. Excellent prices and excellent service from Orlando, the owner. Orlando sells a wide variety of display items, tools, findings, and beads.
