Those O-ring belts are not very good. I bought some replacement O-ring belts and they also broke within a day or two. I went to my local vacuum repair shop, bought a fiberglass, Hoover belt, made by Goodyear. $5.00 a belt and have not had any problems since. I have both the 3# and the dual3# tumblers from Harbor Freight, and like them very much, but the belts. The # on the belts are as follows,
single 3# says "38528-034" then "1394"
dual 3# says "38528-034" then "0624" and "64210"
Great v-belts like for the car.....
