Have any of you ever tumbled ocean jasper? If so, where did you order your rocks from? Help...I think I am addicted to this stone...LOL!!! But really tho, I would like to get some to try my first batch on. Thanks again!

Yes I have some smaller chips in polish right now- Here is what they look like out of pre polish  And the rougher- just out of course  Sorry about the sizing on the first- but you get the idea! |

yikes! Ocean Jasper is NOT cheap.
It's cheaper to buy gem stones by the pound

Ocean Jasper is NOT cheap.
Everytime somebody posts of pic of some, I think "I WANT some of THAT! Then I "go shopping" and when I see what it costs, I decide I don't want some that bad! At least, not right now. Maybe if I can ever make any money at this hobby and my beading, I will break down and buy some.

I received my fist order of ocean jasper rough from The Gem Shop. I was very pleased with the product and service. All of the pieces were good size, only a couple of smal chips in my order. I was so impressed with my 1st order that I placed another!  |

You're so lucky! I ordered 10 llbs and received 2 1/2 llbs of pure sand and floor sweepings. It was my first order from them. I probably won't buy again. I sent them an email, but they never answered.

Arkie- give em a call- I don't bother large shops with e-mail- as they probably deal with 100's of emails a day- call em and complain- When I talked to them they were very nice and described what I would be getting and what not- even told me to give em a call if there was ever anything special I needed! hope they do well by you!
