It's been pretty amazing, I think when he went rockhounding he only took the best home with him. To the local folks, there is also a craigs list posting and a Facebook post in the NW rockhounds group and on Mt Hoods page.

How much for the Richardson's? Richardson's thunder eggs? We're selling those by the bucket, all the uncut eggs smaller than about softball sized are in about 3 gallon buckets that average about 25 lbs and will go for $15.00 each. Larger eggs and cut eggs are $1.00/lb. I don't think shipping is going to be possible, I go to Portland to look at a collection tomorrow to see if I can help sell it, clubs show is in April and I'm the dealer chair, then we will be doing our own sale, all while I'm doing 40 plus hours on the dat job and Elizabeth is starting a new job.

I'd take a couple barrels worth if they could be freighted to me. But I was asking about the hi speed grinder ( but that would have to be freighted to me also)

The HS sander is a home made copy of the RRR unit. It's quite a bit taller so shipping would be really spendy if I found the time. There is a local guy who builds them, best way to do it would be like build it yourself cabinets with the precut panels, hood and motor all packed flat.

Pretty interested in sphere machine and drop saw, and of course lots of the rough. Settled on an asking price for the sphere machine yet?

I might make it down there, 3 hour drive here. So is it mostly slabs/rough/thundereggs by the bucket/lbs for sale? I just saw the ad as well, is it really 12:00 afternoon start time or should I show up at 8-9am?

That looks it has some nice equipment and rough, but a flight from Ohio is just to much to ask. Maybe next time.

Friday will be 12, Saturday and Sunday will be 10AM. I have a pretty good idea where everything is going to be price wise except for the sphere machine and a couple other items. Haven't been able to find the cups for the sphere machine or the arbor shaft adaptor for the trim saw kit for the Genie. Both will affect the pricing quite a bit. The drop saw has scary wiring and I probably won't get a chance to get it sorted out, it will probably have a $100.00 sale price at the most. There will be bid slips and a box for offers on equipment that will be checked and awarded on Sunday if there's anything left. Yesterday we found Seraphinite randomly in one of the 100 plus buckets that were stored outside.

how much for the lemon chrsophase There are several pieces individually priced, some of the more knowledgable members priced them so I have no idea. My focus has been equipment since that's something I'm better with. I might spend some time with the rock in the house Saturday when we finish setting up, if so I can look.

Met hood club did an amazing job helping with this estate. I had tons of fun there today and when I get acquainted with how to post pictures I'll show some of my spoils.
