Striking scene. The spring flowers out there look more hateful than the ones popping up around here. We still have a bit of a wait for any color. Thanks for sharing the great photo!

Around here I see plastic Geraniums poking through the snow as it melts. Will try to get a pic if they don't shoot me for stopping.

I was thinking on different lines. If it ever gets above 40F, I might have flower pics too.

Here's the spring flower to act as counterpoint to Scott's Aloe's boldness.

Central Minnesota just north west of Minneapolis. No flowers yet but there is no snow in the yard. Ice going bad on the lakes in this area. .67" of rain yesterday. 5-6 inches of snow coming this weekend. Gota love Minnesota......................................MrP

Tom, love your natives. Keep it up! I work in the Mojave now and it is wet as he££ out there. Should be a huge show. I'll reciprocate when the blooming begins.

Crocus is about all we have coming up. Won't be long for the daffodils & tulips.

OK without Googling it (honor system) who can tell me the very expensive spice that comes from the flower of a certain species of Crocus?
