OK without Googling it (honor system) who can tell me the very expensive spice that comes from the flower of a certain species of Crocus? Too easy. Saffron. What plant organ is utilised to be this spice? Peruano

Way more color than the whole of Georgia at this time of year. Beautiful arid colors.
