#2 are calcites. The one on the left probably a Mariposa (butterfly) calcite. On the right is probably a variation of "chocolate" calcite. Would call origin of both Mexico.
ETA: both may be called a "dogtooth" calcite. That term covers a very wide variety of calcite formations.

Not sure what number five is, but it reminds me of the water tower at Eastern Michigan University.

#3 on right looks like Wavelite
#5 looks like a Quartz Scepter. Two generations o crystal growth. Somewhat rare and prized.
