Hey guys... sorry I've been absent. Our little Gem&Mineral society is host our Annual Show this weekend an I've been helping set up. Looks like I do need another shop dang! I'm used to the oil. That all I run in all of my saws even trim. I've used our big boys at the Rock Club and have been certified. I at least did read you have to run the Twin with both barrels full 😂😂 I won't ever be able to do the 120lb stuff!!! But if it doesn't run everyday it's mine so don't matta 😜 I like your set up Jeremy. Think I'll do something close to that. Don't have a darn clue where that new saws going but I'll figure it out. txrockhunter, Garage Rocker, captbob

120 lbs running? wow... I thought I was outta control with 90+ pounds running. Is there a thread of your rotary set up somewhere Jeremy? Love to see it! Nothing fancy..... The 2 pvc barrels hold about 80 lbs between them, then the 2 - 12 pounders on the back rollers, and on the end of the bench (not in tbe photo) there are 2 - 6 pounders and a 3 pounder. I probably spend about 3-4 hours a week doing clean outs. I'm running 30 grit in all the barrels and go strait to the lot-o when their ready. Using the same grit makes it a lot easier because I can reuse the slurry every week. Take the rocks out of the slurry, put them in a big colander (laundry basket), dump the slurry back into the barrels, rinse the rocks, and sort them. Anyway, that's what works for me. The tumbler slides under the workbench to save space.
