I was curious what this vendor was like. We were considering ordering a tumbler from them with the extended warranty. I was surprised, that even though they have a web page, there is no on-line ordering.
Thanks! Kelley

That is pretty common- Our company pays way too much money to have a secure online ordering site- Some companies would rather pass the savings on to the customer- especially when you are talking about heavy items- Shipping costs are what kills us rockhounds! Not the shipping from the shop to us but the shipping from the mines to them- so rather than pass on the cost of the security to you (our company charges $2.00 per online order) they would rather you call them so they can give you the real costs and make sure you are getting what you want! We have a lot of customers who will shop our site- then call in the order! That is how I do my webshopping also- I want to talk to a real person when I order stuff! I'm sorry I am babbling!
