Do any of you have any feedback on these guys? I ordered about $80.00 in rough (jasper and agate) from them last Sunday. Yes, my account has been charged, but I have yet to receive e-mail verification of my order, let alone shipping confirmation. I have sent 3 e-mails to Rocksnpots asking what's up, and they haven't responded. I can't seem to find a phone number on their website. (Should have ordered from Banjo!) Any thoughts??? S

Sounds too familiar to me...I have the same experience but yet with another company. I ordered a Lortone Rotary Tumbler and several pounds of grit. After 4 emails and 2 phone messages, I have yet to receive a confirmation or replay via either means....hopefully we will both hear from them soon!

Ok, so I finally heard from Rocksnpots today. They say they only received 1 e-mail from me (although I sent 4...). Maybe the e-mail link on their website isn't working? Anyway, they have an ebay store, too, and from what I can tell, the feedback has not been negative. They say my rough will be mailed out FEDEX today, so I'll let you guys know if it's as purty as it looks in the photos. I'm in love with plume agate, and I ordered some Graveyard Point, Regency Plume, Montana moss, Imperial jasper, and varous picture jaspers, as well. Debra, I hope your outcome is as good as mine (?) i've ordered from rocksnpots several times and have been pleased with my orders. also got a blue biggs slab from them off of e-bay that i love! hope your experience is positive too.

Glad you finally heard from them. I've looked at their website and they do have alot of beautiful rocks to choose from. You will have to let us know what you think of them once you get them. As for me...still no response from that company. I am going to write them off and order from another company. If they charged my credit card I will dispute it on grounds I never received the products...time will tell!
