Several days ago I ordered from this company...why because they were about $10 cheeper for the Lortone 33B tumbler. After 4 emails, 2 phone messages I have yet to get their attention on my order. I haven't received an email confirmation nor a reply to my phone messages. I will keep trying as I'm not sure if my credit card company was charged yet. If I still haven't received my order, I will contact the company and dispute my bill...reason being products never received. Have any of you ever heard of these companies or have dealings with them?

yeah, those names sound familiar to me. About 8 or 9 months ago when I was starting out, and was looking for the best prices on lortones, I remember seeing those. But the people here on this board advised me not to buy from them, recalling their bad experiences with them. If I remember right, thy are the same company but for some reason have two subdivisions or something... I hope you don't end up getting scammed  |

I had trouble with them, also. I think they close up and go to rock/gem shows for a while and nothing gets done while they are gone.
