Hi all. I ordered some of the picture Jasper from Banjo and all I can say is WOW. The quality is excellent and as usual, his pricing is more than fair. Glad I got 30lbs of this stuff. Here's a pic of a couple of chips that were in the box, and these are pretty small compared to the entire rock. But they are a good sample of what kind of slabs these rocks will produce. When I get a chance to cut them up, I'll post more pics. Ed

MY BANJOROCK ARRIVED TODAY! It was sitting on the porch when I came home for lunch, in between a 15# box of slabbing rough from Rocksnpots, and a box containing 2 beautiful cabs from Bear Creek Lapidary...needless to say, I wish I didn't have to go back to work. I want to stay home and play with my rocks. I got some Burro Creek Agate, Arizona Plume Agate, Wild Horse Owyhee Jasper and Jellybean Jaspers (they are SO cool...) from Banjo (thanks again for busting them up for me, Mike. YOU DA MAN.) I got some McDermitt Picture Jasper, Imperial Jasper, Owyhee Flower Jasper, Graveyard Point Plume Agate, Maury Mt Moss Agate, Cornflake Carnelian, Owyhee Picture Jasper (a beautiful 2 pounder...), and some Regency Rose Agate from Rocksnpots, and for dessert, JOHN BEAR - THE PLUME AGATE CABS ARE BEAUTIFUL! I'll have to send the rectangular one to Banjo to wrap for me. I'm broke, but I'm happy. ;D S

Thankyou for the email Banjo! That was very interesting reading. I never knew that the jasper name comes from the mountain where the rock comes from...dah Debs! The one thing I do know, is I love the colors on the rocks. I will get back with you via email this evening as my lunch time is up. Thanks again for getting back with me so fast!

Everything I ever got from Banjo was A++++++! I really, really, really want some of the new stuff he has, but am on a serious rock diet and cannot buy anymore for a while. Heck, I don't even have all of the last batch he sent me cut yet!
