Do not bid or even do a "buy it now" from this jerk of all jerks. I bid on some templates and calipers, won the bid. the description said $7.25 for shipping, but when you click in to pay for it, it said 12.95 for shipping. I emailed them 5 times, no responce, tried to call them with their 888 number, always busy or the 1 time I got through, I got a message saying they were busy with another online customer. $ weeks later, they told ebay I didn't pay them, without ever responding to my mail. We went through the dispute board at ebay and I told him that if they didn't send the stuff c.o.d. with the right shipping, then tough @%. Well now I have 1 strike against me as a non payer. This place, called findingking has a whole website that is about how bad they are, here it is: avoidfindingking.com/comments.html

All it ever took for me to avoid him was the shipping he charges ... totally out of line.

I have found MOST sellers on Ebay rip people off with their so called."shipping and handling" fees. Good, honest sellers do not charge a "handling" fee...and will only charge actual shipping costs. I avoid any seller that does not say up front what shipping will cost.

I ordered my QT66 from Findingking. Don't remember what the shipping was, but do know that if it would have been out of line, I wouldn't have ordered it. Got great service. Then, Sands, I think, posted about his experience with Findingking and I have never ordered from him again! Even though I got good service and reasonable shipping the first time around, not willing to try my luck again! I've clicked on alot of eBay items I thought I wanted until I saw the seller was Findingking. Then just said No thanks! I can honestly say that all my eBay experiences have been pleasant ones. When I first started eBaying I never checked the feedback, so I can't believe I didn't get burned! Now that's the first thing I do. llana

I ordered a pack of diamond cut-off wheels for my dremel---shipping was more then the item price and took 4 weeks to recieve, so I left a netural feedback. They were "upgrading their computers" was their excuse and that they had e-mailed me about the delay, in witch I never recieved. They were not very happy about the netural I gave them and they never sent me any feedback through Ebay---I don't really care. Check out their feedback and you will be amazed. I will never buy anything from them again---they are nothing but rip-offs.

What is FINDINGKING's Feedback ratings. If he's so bad, he should had bad ratings and those ratings should speak for themselves.
Stay away from people w/ bad feedback!

Wow, I checked his rating, he gets an average of 3 negatives each day. Ebay should do something about that, it's just not right. Don't they realize it gives them a bad name too? Of course, they are in it for the $$ so I guess it just doesn't matter that over a thousand people a year get burned by this guy.

I went to the site listing problems with findingking. What I found in most of them is a problem I have with sellers on ebay(not all), a lot of them tell you if you give me negative feedback, I will give you negative feedback. I also feel it is wrong of ebay to accept sellers doing this. My feeling is this, I have one obligation, to pay for my item in a timely fashion this I do, usually within 24 hours, if I am home when bid is over, I pay within 1 hour. If I have to wait 6 weeks for an item, and I have been inquiring about it with no response, I have every right to leave negative feedback, with none left for me. Terry

Heck, I emailed ebay 3 times and they never got back to me. To me that says alot about ebay. Ebay makes pretty good $ off of "F"king, thats why they won't do anything about him. I have about 8 sellers from ebay that I have had real good experiences with and they are in my favorites folder there, thats about all I will deal with now..

I have seen their listings, but never order anything. Shipping charges too HI. Most things they sell can be purchased for less & with less shipping as well.
I think Sands comments are right on the mark.

I emailed astrogally about their shipping costs and asked if they would consicer shipping in the flat rate box an item that weighed about 10 pounds...their reply was...it's not our policy to do that.....in other words,,,we like to rip off people with our high handling fees.. Only a sucker would buy from them and pay that kind of "handling" fee..
just my opinion..

Thsi is too true- Ebay is in it for the money- and too many sellers are screwing too many victims! Eventually it will catch up to em- There are only soo many people you can mess with before it hits the fan- Any company or seller not willing to use a flat rate when they can is out of line! Heck for us rock nuts that flat rate is like a gift from the gods!!!! 20 to 30 pounds of rock shipped for $7.70 it's just a win-win! (except for our poor mail carriers)

The flat rate box is great, I just sent out a 23 pound box, that would have cost 41, so 7.70 is very cheap

yeh, so bring donuts next time you visit your local Post Office, lol.
actually, these days, they'd have to analyze the powdered sugar to make sure it wasn't anthrax...so bring them a bowl of polished rocks! oh...but.., in larger cities, those would probably be considered as potential weapons or even possible choking hazards....
so i guess you just SMILE REAL BIG at your local postal worker and tell them you REALLY appreciate them?

I bought from her once, the item did not come so I did a charge on my credit card and got my money back. She would not respond to any of my questions about when the item was going to arrive but she sure got back to me in a hurry when I did a charge back.
I tend to avoid power sellers, ebay sellers have to sell in such a high volume to get the powerseller title that most of them are far too busy to provide good service or communication.
I'd much rather buy the same item from a person who just happens to have one on hand to sell.
