Got a item or two from him when there was no other choice and paid in time and shipping. As long as he pays Ebay I don't think they care, Unless some one makes it to hot for themIt's easy money. I've only had one bad dealing on Ebay, and it worked out in the end the money was returned and the seller was removed from Ebay. He's now in jail I believe. But how many just change their user name and start again I wonder? There's always new Ebayers, And they don't know to look at a sellers feedback or here before buying from a seller. To bad they get away with it but that's the way of the world.

One thing every ebayer buyer should know;
High feedbacks, with High negatives, though still a decent percentage(still over 95%) means this is a drop shipper.
MOst if not all the inventory you are looking at is not in the sellers possion. MEaning they take your money, place an order for you, and have the company they are buying from ship you the item.
Drop shipping has a high degree of problems that are never fixed. But the sellers keep so much inventory up, that keeps ebay happy(which is really all ebay cares about).
If you need that kinda of stuff, that this seller does not have a market cornered. There plenty others venodrs out there that sell the same exact stuff. Use them to get a product, then find it somewere else from a respected dealer.
Plus, Scottsdale here in Arizona means one thing. Snobby, uptight people who think they own everything.

It ain't just Scottsdale, Shain. What'd you think? You got a corner on the market for self centered aholes who think the world revolves around them? They're everywhere.

Rich, it was a commnet, not an attack? I am not sure what you're saying here, becaue it reads as though you calling me a self centered ahole. Would you clarify. Becasue i was talking generally, not that i have a cornered market?

I understand Susan, i am not taking offense, just wanted clarity. Becasue context when writen comes like the ebb and flow of the tides, when being read out of.

Let me confirm that, Shain. NO WAY was I talking about you.
Your comment about the snobby "Scottsdale" type just hit a sore spot because there's so many of 'em to deal with nowadays.

I've never ordered from them because A) that voice add creeps me out and B) they advertise stuff they don't even have in stock. How the heck can you sell something if you don't have it?

That voice thing is new. I did a charge back and then 1.5 months after I won the auction my item came and findingking asked me to pay them again. I tried two times to pay them again but their form insisted that I had already paid (I had but then did a chargeback) and would not let me pay. I wrote to findingking about the problem and only got a form letter asking me to pay again.. I tried again and still was not able to pay and I wrote to finding king again and told them of the problem. They never fixed it so I could pay and they never wrote back to me again. So I actually got the item for free.

It's not that uncommon that eBay sellers use drop shippers when they are selling stuff. I have never tried it myself, but essentially you sell stuff that others have and just pay them and have them ship it. For the buyer, there are plenty of potential pitfalls.
Findingking has long been a bad boy on eBay, whether this person uses drop shipping or not is not the problem. The seller is just out to make money and will post non-paying bidder reports almost randomly to save on his fees. This person also posts negative feedback as revenge, so most purchasers keep their mouths shut. You can check him out at the website earthdog mentioned (avoidingfindingking.com), or on ebayersthatsuck.com.
I wish there was something that could be done about this business.

P.S. Mark, I don't know if this request might be out of line, but in order to warn everyone who comes here, it might be helpful to pin this thread up to the top of the list here. This seller is truly one to avoid, and all should know the pitfalls of dealing with this vendor.

I bought a Lortone QT66 from them and everything went as smooth as possible. I would buy from them again.
Just my .02 cents worth.

I bought a bead vise and a bead reamer at the same time. Got the bead vise in 9 days month and half after action ended bead reamer arrived. Any time my wife hears that jingle on their site she gets mad she cant stand her voice he he. So i think you need to watch these folks.I wont shop with them again. George

Mark, We've discussed this in past - ways to showcase bad sellers to others, and I think that if we all took a vote, we'd agree that findingking should be pinned to the top of this forum, so that all who come along can make an educated decision about this seller. I've bought from them once with no problems, but I realize I got lucky and will never buy from them again. In an effort to let the buyer beware, let's have this post where all can see it when they come here.
