I won two autions from Beartrade on May 20, paid for them the next morning and started waiting. I waited until about the first of June and started Emailing. Never received a single Email from him even aknowledging my order. I wrote 5 emails before I got a reply. He finally responded June 4 and said he emailed everyone that he would be out of town and would mail my package Monday. Thurs, still now package-priority- so I emailed him again. He says he just mailed it but is including some extra lapis for my inconvenience. Can't come before Monday now and that will be 23 days. We'll see if it comes Monday. Maybe that Priority box will be here within a month. He's definitly not on my good list.

When you do get the box, check the mailing date on the stamp....and the cost of mailing .
I would leave him a other than positive feedback too......

That is a long time to wait but things can happen, perhaps he had a death in the family. Take a good look at the stuff when you get it and also the lapis he's sending for the inconvenience. Might still be a good deal.

I agree wait to get the stuff before judging. Waiting sucks, but it may be worth it.

Well, it's Monday and still no box. He gave no excuses as to why it took to long to ship. Maybe tomorrow.

I finally got my order today! It took 27 days. He actually did mail it June 9 and it took 8 days by Priority.
I thought the quality of his rocks was pretty poor, combined with how long it took to receive email from him and how long it took him to ship, I definitely will not be buying anymore rock from him.

What about the lapis he was going to add? I'm sorry you had a bad experience, your find today sure made up for it.

He added around a half lb. A few pieces were nice, but most of it looked like mostly matrix with little or no color. I ordered two lbs. and probably didn't get two lbs worth using. They are all small pieces but I may be able to get a few cabs from them.
The florite slabs were pretty, but a lot of fractures. I hope to be able to get some cabs from them. I didn't pay top price so I guess you get what you pay for.
