I have a 15 and 2 three pound tumblers,how much grit do i use.

I generally use 1 Tablespoon per pound of rocks in stage 1, 2 and 3, then half of that amount in stage 4 polish.

tablespoon per lb. seems standard for rotary tumblers. You can use a little less in the finer (600 and finer) grits like 3/4 tablespoon per. If you have a dedicated polish barrel leave the polish in and keep using it.
