That first one is nice color and size.
It is badly fractured at least in the surface.
Value? Not high end. You would do best slabbing it into thin slabs. And making knife grips. You will add far more value that way than if you tried to sell the stone as is.

Heavy fracturing, lack of smooth waxiness and possible conchoidal fractures showing on first example make me think it's bluish chert, not jade. Based on my experience, jade is much more fibrous at fractures and tends to form waxy smooth slicks when ocean tumbled...Mel

i have a lot of jade and seen a lot of different qualities, there are so many types of green stones that look similar- I personally don't think it looks like jade, unless its just of a lower quality. For instance clear creek jade, its jade, but doesn't have much eye appeal. I would try cutting them and see how it looks without the weathered surface you may be surprised.

also, many jades WILL scratch with a knife depending on the matrix; some jade has soft non translucent outside which will scratch while inside is rock hard and won't. I have quality jades that have fractures, and some will scratch near those fractured parts. It is a very primitive base test for testing jade but def not a guarantee by any means. If you scratch test a handful of different rocks you will find that many of them won't scratch but leave a metal streak.
