Those are really cool. The contrast between the red and yellow in the first one is great.

Sir, yes sir!! Sweetsauce!! Do you have a saw? Oh Please , go easy on the "Sir" , had to adjust my cap . No I don't think my 10" can handle those rocks . A friend of mine has a 24 that needs a bit of TLC before I can get them cut . But they will get cut .

Wow that's some intense jasper. Mary Ellen?....Mel I don't think it is ME , just a wavy type . Not good with the rock id but I do know it is jasper with some agate I think . Also a fair amount of hematite . If these have a proper name I would appreciate knowing it . For now I will call it wavy jasper .

could very well be ME, I don't know how far east and south it roams, if you have lakers a good chance it could be ME.

I like the Jaspers you found, have a lot of potential, the ones I find in the pits are blah on the outside and pretty cool on the inside. I think they are more colorful than the material from the mines.

Find a bunch that are a solid mass of red dots . Starting to get a fair stash of decent stuff . Most are bigger than the 10" will handle but I'm not leaving them where I find them .

The two of me is my split personality, Toiv0 and my brother tap a talk Toiv0. I wouldn't leave them either. I have to take at least one slice to see whats in there, if its ordinary I throw it in the rock pile.

I think the duller reds have more hematite in them .

The out side might not represent what on the inside due to weathering and mineral creep from surroundings. The best ones I cut would have never guessed how cool they were on the inside. Bring them all home and stack them like cord wood.

Here's the one that looks like a RIO That is cool . Had to beat it outside to find some red dots . They were buried by banded stuff . Got a couple pics but light was fading , might have to try again tomorrow . Back when I can with photos .
