Jet inspired me to cut some of my Parecles agate. Lots of purple. (Comes from a claim adjacent to Purple Passion Agate). Some of the rhyolite has red plumes and is hard enough that it might polish on a wheel. I think only the agate would survive in a tumbler.

I haven't cut any of mine yet. I hope it's at least that good! Also, what kind of saw is that? It's the cleanest one I've seen in a long time!

I recently cut about 10lbs and I think I ended up with maybe four slabs that are going to be worthwhile to cab. I am also "purple with envy"! Nice to see you cutting and posting again

ancient starr 10" trim saw. i run water and drain between use. flush crumbs down into tank. every now and then i open tank on lawn and hose out.
