It's not looking good for the trout. Pan fried in butter?

If you should catch either a carp or a gar, I have a great recipe to cook 'em by. First remove the "inards", you can leave the head on if you wish. Get an oak board the size of the fish. First use plenty of butter and what ever spices you like and spread on the fish and the oak board. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F. Cook the fish for 45 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes out of the oven. Remove the carp or gar from the oak board. Next throw the fish in the garbage and eat the oak board ! Smiling !!
